He brings deep expertise in statutory audits, group audits, tax audits, and IFRS compliance, consistently ensuring high standards of quality, governance, and regulatory alignment.

He has significant experience in corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and tax litigation, including representation in complex scrutiny and assessment proceedings. He also advises international clients on India entry and cross-border structuring.

Mitesh Katira is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in Risk Advisory, Taxation, and Business Consulting. He specialises in Risk Advisory, regulatory strategy, and AI implementation, advising organisations on strengthening governance frameworks and optimising business processes.

He brings a practical and technology-driven approach to engagements, helping clients leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, manage risk, and unlock value.

Pranav Kapadia is a Partner with over 26 years of experience, specialising in GST across advisory, compliance, due diligence, and litigation. He is recognised for managing complex, multi-state GST matters for large corporates.

He plays a key role in developing high-performing teams and mentoring professionals. He has also contributed to the broader GST ecosystem as Past President of GSTPAM.

Atul Mehta is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience, leading practices in Domestic & International Outsourcing, Direct Tax, and International Taxation. He brings deep expertise in tax advisory, cross-border taxation, and regulatory interpretation.

Known for his strategic insight and solution-oriented approach, he delivers practical, business-focused tax solutions tailored to client needs.

CA Hemant J. Mehta is a Partner at A. P. Doshi & Co LLP, bringing over 33 years of distinguished professional experience since 1992. He is widely recognized for his expertise in Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters and Bank Audits.

As a Registered Insolvency Professional, he specializes in corporate insolvency resolution, liquidation, and financial restructuring under the IBC. He is also a seasoned Bank Auditor and Certified Concurrent Auditor.

Mehul Shah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Advisor at APMH Moores Rowland, and Partner at Shah, Shah & Shah, with over 25 years of professional experience. His experience spans manufacturing, trading, and service sectors.

He is also passionate about mentoring young professionals and has contributed as a visiting faculty at Somaiya University and as a speaker at ICAI forums.

A Chartered Accountant with over 8.5 years of post-qualification experience, he specializes in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, and Forensic Audit services.

He has worked across diverse sectors including Metals, Consumer Electronics, Food, EPC, Healthcare, and Education, with international experience spanning the Middle East and New Zealand. His expertise includes risk assessment, internal controls, process optimisation, and forensic investigations.

Pratik Mehta is a Chartered Accountant specialising in Indirect Taxation — Service Tax, Value Added Tax, Goods & Services Tax (GST), and GCC VAT compliance — with extensive experience across manufacturing, trading, services, IT, e-commerce, and cross-border businesses. He has deep expertise in GST compliance management, advisory reviews, annual reconciliations, litigation support, tax process implementation, and indirect tax risk management. His core GST practice includes return filing, annual compliances, reconciliations, health checks, litigation support, and advisory on complex tax positions. On the GCC side, he handles VAT registration, return filing, VAT refunds, VAT installment planning, deregistration, and ongoing compliance support across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. Pratik leads a team of professionals delivering structured, process-driven compliance solutions with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy, timely execution, and practical business-oriented advisory, helping businesses navigate evolving indirect tax regulations while strengthening compliance frameworks and minimising tax exposures. During the COVID period, he delivered multiple GST and compliance-focused technical sessions for clients, supporting businesses through frequent law changes, return compliances, and operational challenges from regulatory transitions. He has also conducted several internal technical training sessions on GST law interpretation, practical case handling, reconciliations, annual return compliances, and process excellence. Pratik actively participates in the Mulund Study Circle and has consistently attended the CTC Residential Refresher Course (RRC) for the past 8 years. He has also authored a technical publication titled "Impact of Changes in GST Law on the Real Estate Sector", providing insights into evolving GST provisions and their implications for the real estate industry.

CA Varun Vora is an Assistant Manager at A P Doshi & Co LLP, with over 4 years of post-qualification experience in Audit, Attestation & Corporate Tax services. He specializes in statutory audits, tax audits, limited reviews, and regulatory certifications across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing/ trading, chemicals, electronics, consumer products, stock broking, etc. He has extensive experience in planning and executing assurance engagements in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Standards on Auditing, and other applicable regulatory frameworks. His professional expertise includes financial reporting, corporate compliance, internal financial controls, risk assessment, and regulatory attestations. Highly skilled in legal drafting, preparing CIRP cost workings, financial analysis, and CIRP cost audit. She has independently represented clients before the National Company Law Tribunal in CIRP matters under the IBC, 2016.

A Chartered Accountant with over eight years of post-qualification experience, Krutika Jain specializes in Indirect Tax, with a strong focus on Goods and Services Tax (GST). She began her professional journey at APMH as part of the Indirect Tax Litigation team, where she developed a strong foundation in dispute resolution and legal interpretation. Building on this experience, she transitioned into the Indirect Tax Compliance team, where she currently focuses on ensuring seamless GST compliance, advisory support, and process optimization for clients. Sunita brings over fifteen years of professional experience, specializing in accounting and bookkeeping for both domestic and international clients. Her expertise spans VAT compliance, transaction advisory, and audit support & coordination, enabling her to deliver well-rounded solutions to clients across diverse industries. She began her career at APMH as part of the Account Writing Team, where she built a strong foundation in accounting principles in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.
